A native Vermonter, Joyce is happy to be back here after living in Boston, Colorado Springs and San Francisco. She enjoys skiing and kayaking and likes to share her family's summer house on Lake Seymour in Morgan,Vermont, with family and friends.

For over 20 years, Joyce has specialized in residential sales in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont--working with clients to buy and sell properties, both primary residences and second homes.
